Check the contact details you give NCTS and watch for its communications. Follow the instructions NCTS sends you. Wait.ie cannot change your priority-list position or confirm an appointment on your behalf.

Keep the two services separate

You do not need a Wait.ie purchase to use the official list. Wait.ie is an independent, optional email monitor for matching availability using your vehicle details. Its fee pays for monitoring, not for priority or an NCTS booking.
